Responsibilities Generate retail sales by promoting cutting‑edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service. Identify and uncover customers’ needs through active listening and targeted questioning. Present product insights and tailored solutions to meet customer goals. Close sales using strong communication skills and clear tech solutions. Participate in ongoing training to develop merchandising and inventory operational skills. Expand customer base through outbound calls and text outreach to existing Verizon customers. Engage with the community at off‑site Verizon sponsored events to increase loyal customer reach. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year of relevant experience (work or military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule is provided four weeks in advance. Openness to additional shifts for increased earnings (summer, holidays, peak periods). Experience in a commission‑based environment is an advantage. Demonstrated sales communication skills in customer‑facing roles. Customer service experience is highly valued. Benefits and Compensation Base pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. Up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions; top performers can earn up to $65,000+ to $75,500+ per year.
