Senior Scrum Master - INTL - India

We are seeking a senior-level Agile leader to be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams (3-4 teams) within a teamofteams / scaled agile environment. This individual will act as a hands-on Agile Coach, meeting teams where they are in their maturity journey and adapting day-to-day responsibilities based on the needs of the program, project, and stakeholders.
The role is highly dynamic and consultative, supporting both internal customers and shared-service teams, and requires strong coaching, facilitation, and technical fluency across Agile delivery, data platforms, and the full SDLC. Other daily tasks include
• Partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams, participating in discussions around MDM, data platforms, and pipelines, and demonstrating the ability to follow and contribute meaningfully to those conversations
• Promote Agile change management, coaching teams through transformation and evolution rather than enforcing rigid frameworks
• Adapt daily responsibilities based on the teams and initiatives being supported, recognizing that priorities and focus areas will vary by project and engagement

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agile, IT or related
• 10+ Years experience in Agile delivery with experience leading Scaled Agile Teams
• Scrum Credentials/Certifications (Scrum Alliance, Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Inc, Scale, ICAGile, SAFe ect.)
• Blended background in Agile and data/technology, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and data teams
• Experience interpreting and visualizing Agile delivery metrics (not performing hands-on data engineering or analytics)
• Soft Skills - Curiosity and self-motivator - will chase down answers and solutions, drive proactiveness across the group


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Domain platform experience (OMS, WMS, Supply Chain, ERPs, ect.) or technical understanding of integrated models (APIs, ETLs, etc.)
• Experience with SQL Servers or Databricks platforms
