Restaurant Manager | Full-Service | High-Volume

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a high-energy, full-service environment and takes genuine pride in the guest experience and the team delivering it. If you lead from the floor and raise the standard just by showing up, let's talk.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
• Support the GM in running daily operations opening and closing, scheduling, floor presence, and ambiance
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams through training, feedback, and a culture worth buying into
• Drive food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to the highest standard on every cover
• Support sales initiatives and help grow average check performance
• Manage labor, inventory, and expenses to hit financial targets
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of salaried management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
• Strong floor presence and the interpersonal skills to lead at every level
• Professional demeanor with a guest-first instinct
• Solid organizational skills and composure when the pace picks up
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
