Job Category Resident Relations / Social Services Employee Type Salary Description The Resident Relations Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director to support the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Manager assists during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and effectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed.
