Marketing Manager IV

A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager IV to jon their team in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end release GTM strategy/execution for the client's Enterprise Suite and mid-market innovations
Build and run a release management framework across Pilot, Beta, and GA (stage gates, readiness criteria, alignment)
Establish tiering/governance to determine marketing investment based on expected impact
Act as central orchestrator across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Comms, and Enablement
Drive continuous improvement of release processes through measurement and post-launch learnings
Partner with Product Management leaders to understand roadmap and priorities
Bring customer/competitive/market insights into roadmap discussions
Ensure roadmap aligns with ICP needs and business priorities
Advise Product teams on positioning, launch readiness, and adoption strategy

Positioning, Messaging & Customer Value

Translate product capabilities into customer benefits and value propositions
Partner with Product Marketing on narratives/messaging for CFOs, finance leaders, controllers, and accountants
Focus communication on customer outcomes, not just features
Maintain messaging consistency across audiences and GTM motions
Drive internal readiness/enablement so customer-facing teams can sell and support adoption
Partner with Sales/CS to spot adoption opportunities and gather feedback
Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for launches
Analyze performance/adoption trends to find optimization opportunities
Build feedback loops from customers/field into future roadmap and GTM planning
10+ years in product marketing, product management, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS/enterprise software
Track record leading complex, cross-functional product launches and release programs
Experience partnering with Product Management to shape roadmap and translate it into customer value
Strong storytelling and positioning skills - turning releases into strategic customer narratives
Strategic thinker who connects releases to broader company vision and competitive positioning
Experience shaping executive-level narratives with senior leadership
Strong program management skills across multiple teams and timelines
Cross-functional influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Comms
Ability to drive change through influence, not authority
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Analytical mindset, using data and market insight to inform strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in ERP, accounting, finance, procurement, or payments software
Experience with mid-market/enterprise customers
Familiarity with launch governance or product lifecycle frameworks
GTM experience across Pilot, Beta, and GA stages
Comfort operating in ambiguity, especially with early-stage/beta products
Understanding of CFO office, finance workflows, and accounting personas
Experience in AI, platform, or multi-product ecosystems
