Associate Attorney

A well-established civil defense litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and personal injury defense matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants real case ownership, courtroom exposure, and direct client interaction while working alongside an experienced and collaborative litigation team. Attorneys in this role are trusted to own and manage their cases, handle key litigation events, and play a meaningful role in developing case strategy on complex, high-exposure matters. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury defense Strong litigation, writing, and negotiation skills Why Join: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
