Details Inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) unit with 14-28 beds Patient population includes adults with stroke, brain injury, amputation, multi-trauma, hip fracture, SCI, debility, and cardiac conditions Patient ratios of 6:1 for RNs and 7:1 for LPNs Day shift scheduled from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM Every other weekend rotation required No call requirements No floating required Uses Cerner EMR and Omnicell equipment Requirements Active RN license (VA or compact) required Current BLS certification required (AHA certifications required) Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required, no new grads considered IRF and Med-Surg experience required Cerner EMR experience required Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Works within a transdisciplinary team model in a collaborative team environment Navy blue scrubs required Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment American Traveler Job ID P-747714.
