Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Lynchburg, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: MS (Medical Surgical) Rehabilitation Nurse located in Lynchburg, Virginia. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a rehabilitation setting for adult patients recovering from conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, amputations, trauma, and other neurological or orthopedic issues. The role requires collaborating within a transdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and wellbeing. Job Details: Position Description: Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. The position is a local contract. No prior experience required beyond 1 years; must have experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting. Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting, experience working with adult patients in a hospital or rehabilitation environment. Additional Information: The unit has 14-28 beds, patient ratios are 6:1 for RNs and 7:1 for LPNs. Must have experience with electronic health records using Cerner. No float requirements.
