Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period.

• Opportunity to work with diverse critical care patient populations including neuro, surgical, and cardiac intensive care
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy
• Pending New Mexico or Compact State nursing license accepted at time of application

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact State)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in critical care settings
• Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive drip titration, and central line care
• Skills in arterial line management, blood product administration, continuous IV sedation, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Willingness to float to medical-surgical, stepdown, PCU, emergency department, or CVICU units as needed (capped at 4 patients maximum when floating)
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
