Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient neuro settings preferred. Current caseload is heavily neurological (stroke, SCI, MS) making neuro experience important.
• Experience managing a caseload of approximately 12–18 patients per day, with ability to flex up to ~20 when needed.
• Comfort working in a small clinic footprint (~1200 sq ft) with a large open area and a smaller treatment room.
• Experience or willingness to supervise and collaborate with PTAs who may treat ~8–12 patients independently.
• Familiarity with Optimis PT (OptimusPT) or willingness to learn the EMR.
