Project Engineer

Our client is seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their team in Waverly, IA. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and brings 1-3+ years of experience, ready to take ownership of impactful projects and drive success for an industry leader.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Oversee capital investments for Our Client's fixed assets from conceptual study through project closeout, managing cross-functional personnel, funding, and KPIs to meet all budget and timeline objectives.
Direct all project phases, which includes ensuring positive ROI during conception, conducting Value Engineering analysis during design, and managing supplier scopes and milestones during implementation.
Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe situations while strictly maintaining compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and Good Hygienic Engineering standards.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations by utilizing tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
