- Oversee capital investments for Our Client's fixed assets from conceptual study through project closeout, managing cross-functional personnel, funding, and KPIs to meet all budget and timeline objectives.
- Direct all project phases, which includes ensuring positive ROI during conception, conducting Value Engineering analysis during design, and managing supplier scopes and milestones during implementation.
- Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe situations while strictly maintaining compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and Good Hygienic Engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations by utilizing tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
