We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher (Utility Worker) to support our culinary team and help maintain the high standards our members and guests expect. As a Dishwasher (Utility Worker) you’ll play a vital part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized, maintain a spotless work area, and assist in general kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role is perfect for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. What You’ll Be Doing: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools. Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures. Ensure proper levels of cleaning and rinse chemicals are used. Inspect dishware and remove damaged or unsafe items from service. Maintain cleanliness of floors, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment. Empty trash bins, break down boxes, and assist with deep cleaning as needed. Stock deliveries of food and non-food items. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards. Support a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
