We aren't looking for someone to simply manage our marketing. We want someone who wants to help build it!

DiBiase Heating and Cooling is growing, and we are looking for a highly creative person who understands where marketing is going - not where it has been.

We are building our internal marketing capabilities and want someone who can help us create content, grow our brand, experiment with new ideas, and use artificial intelligence to dramatically improve how marketing gets done.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing position. We are looking for a creator, thinker, builder, and experimenter.

You may already work in marketing. You may be a content creator. You may be finishing school. You may have taught yourself more about AI, social media, video, and digital marketing than most people learn in a classroom. What matters most to us is what you can actually do.

We do not expect one person to be an expert in everything.  We do expect you to be curious enough to learn quickly and ambitious enough to figure things out.

AI Matters Here

Using AI in this position means much more than asking ChatGPT to write a caption. We want someone who is actively learning how AI can improve marketing execution, speed, research, creativity, automation, and decision-making.

• Content and campaign creation
• Video and image production
• Market and competitive research
• Copywriting and SEO
• Marketing automation and lead nurturing
• Data analysis and reporting
• AI agents, workflows, and internal systems

The tools will keep changing.  We do not expect you to know every tool today. We do expect you to be the type of person who wants to know what is coming next - and who has enough marketing judgment to know when AI helps and when it does not.

What You Could Be Doing?

• Create videos featuring our team, customers, projects, and company culture
• Develop Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content
• Create recruiting and customer campaigns
• Help develop and protect the DiBiase brand
• Create advertisements and creative concepts
• Photograph and film technicians, projects, and company events
• Edit short-form and long-form video
• Test new creative ideas and measure what works
• Use AI to accelerate content and campaign development
• Build marketing automations and repeatable workflows
• Research competitors, markets, and customer behavior
• Support email, SMS, website, SEO, and digital lead-generation efforts

Most importantly:  we want you bringing ideas to us - not simply waiting for assignments.

The Bigger Opportunity

Our goal is not simply to hire someone to make social-media posts. We want to build a sophisticated internal marketing operation with capabilities in content, video, digital advertising, social media, branding, AI automation, lead generation, analytics, and creative strategy.

The right person joining us now could have the opportunity to grow with that department and eventually take on substantial responsibility. If you want a finished marketing department with every process already established, this may not be the right opportunity. If you like the idea of helping build one, it may be exactly the right opportunity.

Experience

Traditional marketing experience is helpful - but it is not the only path into this position. We are open to speaking with experienced marketers, content creators, freelancers, recent graduates, marketing or communications students, film/video students, graphic designers, social-media creators, and self-taught AI or digital-marketing enthusiasts.

A college degree is not required.  A strong portfolio, real projects, and demonstrated ability can be more valuable to us than credentials alone.
