Job Description: Office Supply & Janitorial Product Account Executive Location: Hybrid Schedule: M-F, 9AM – 5PM Benjamin Office Supply & Services is a leading provider of office supplies, committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an energetic and driven Office Supply Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping businesses stay well-equipped and efficient with our wide range of office supplies. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting in target markets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage and grow a sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely closing of deals. Product Knowledge & Solutions: Provide expert knowledge of our product offerings, including office supplies, furniture, and equipment, to recommend the best solutions for clients' needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Customer Account Management: Service and support existing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, order issues, and product recommendations. Maintain up-to-date customer information, sales activity, and order history in the CRM system. Order Management: Process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement. Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints, providing exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in office supplies or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for closing sales. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer A base salary of $60K with a beneficial commission structure.
