Account Manager / Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Account Manager / Program Manager to manage and expand existing client relationships. This role involves working closely with established accounts, understanding their evolving technical needs, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of the IT staffing industry, and consultative sales experience to drive growth within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, trust, and service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between Client and internal teams, providing regular metrics, budget updates, and staffing updates.
• Identify new projects, untapped departments, and additional hiring needs within existing accounts.
• Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to communicate client requirements and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, PMOs, and executive stakeholders through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Present effectively to technical leaders and executive management.
• Proactively resolve delivery challenges and manage client expectations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency for reporting and communication.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or IT Sales
• Strong knowledge of the IT staffing industry and key job titles
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
