Maintenance Mechanic
ARCHCARE
Job TitleResponsibilities:Repairing and maintaining fixtures, furniture, appliances, machinery, and mechanical equipment in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.Performs some tasks in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry.Installs new equipment, as directed.Performs routine.Inventories and requisitions parts, as.Keeps management informed of activities, needs, and problems within the.Participates in Care Facility and Department seminars and safety.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience as Mechanic in a related field.General mechanics knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical repair, refrigeration and HVAC required.FDNY Certificate of Fitness.Education:Vocational School training with courses in Blueprint reading.High School Diploma/GED required.
