Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position requiring 18 months of experience and Cerner charting proficiency.

Details

• Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit assignment
• 13-week contract
• Night shift, 4x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30
• Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby is required

Requirements

• IN or Compact RT license required if applicable
• AHA or RQI certification required and must be current
• Minimum 18 months of experience required
• Cerner charting experience required
• 2 supervisor references required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates residing in Indiana are considered local
• Past IU Health perm or PRN employees must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler
• Travelers who have accrued 12 months of travel employment within IU Health must take a designated break to reset eligibility: 3 months for out-of-state residents and 6 months for in-state residents
• RTO requests of 5 days or less are auto-approved
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
