Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Physical Therapist to serve patients throughout the Grandstrand area. This full‑time, 8‑hour position (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday) is salary‑based with a guaranteed monthly bonus. The role includes visits in homes, assisted living facilities (ALFs), independent living facilities (ILFs), clinics, and Telehealth sessions. Key responsibilities include: Obtaining comprehensive health and psychosocial history and documenting findings systematically. Performing complete physical assessment while providing health education and counseling. Arranging referrals to other health team members and community resources as needed. Using appropriate reporting mechanisms required by law, respecting patient dignity, confidentiality, and privacy. Obtaining appropriate authorizations and consents for treatments. Reviewing patient medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course. Marketing and providing community education. Qualifications Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certification through the state board. Current license to practice in South Carolina. Valid CPR certificate. Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to offices, facilities, and other locations. Proficiency in electronic documentation. Minimum one year of experience in the specialty field applied for. Experience and/or interest in pelvic health preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
