Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Days). No block scheduling or 48-hour guarantees available.
• Contract Length: Travel contract (8 hours non-billable orientation).
• Target Start Date: October 10/12, 2026 (Must provide at least two specific interview dates/times of availability at upload—"anytime" is not accepted).
• Pay Multipliers: Holiday and OT multiplier at 1.25x.
• RTO & Location Rules: Maximum 5 days of RTO allowed, and all requests must be included at profile upload (none accepted post-submittal/at interview). Must reside outside of 50 miles from the facility and have your own vehicle.

Key Facility Policies & Compliance Rules

• Licensing Mandate: Agency Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) must be uploaded up front with all submissions per state law.
• EMR: Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred. Personal scrubs of any color allowed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience required.
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required in hand at profile upload.
• Certifications: All certifications (AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, TNCC, PALS) and Basic Dysrhythmia course completion must be active and in hand at submission—no pending certs accepted.
• Submittal Packet: Must include work history, skills checklist (current to 1 year), supervisory reference, MA RN license, MA nursing pool agency license, and all required cert copies.
