• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, assist in onboarding new staff or students, and uphold stringent quality control standards.
• Foster a clean and safe working environment while adhering to necessary regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
• Ensure that your certification remains current throughout your employment.
