Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.

Ensure the highest quality and consistency of dishes served.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with the culinary team to manage and expedite orders.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
