Position Overview
The Nurse Leader will oversee clinical operations within a home infusion setting, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee home infusion nursing services
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Manage, mentor, and schedule nursing staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams and physicians to coordinate care

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Active RN license in Indiana
• 5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in leadership
• Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience required
• Strong knowledge of IV therapy and infusion practices
