Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions that specifically address relationship dynamics and mental health concerns, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs through intake interviews and ongoing evaluation, crafting personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and measurable.

• Apply therapeutic techniques, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family systems therapy to assist clients in navigating their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to track progress and treatment outcomes efficiently.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, from an accredited institution.
