Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join a busy patient-focused office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required. Medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with strong receptionist, office, or customer service experience.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer calls and assist with patient questions
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Prepare patient charts and update records
- Manage provider schedules and office calendars
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Communicate with patients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Medical, dental, or eye care experience is a plus
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
