As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.What You'll Do:Administer medications and treatments per physician ordersFollow the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument in MAR/TAR accurately and in real timeMonitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom reliefReport refusals or adverse reactions promptlyConduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updatesObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We're Looking For:Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferredEqual Opportunity EmployerSunrise Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
