Job Summary

We are seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team at St Louis International Airport. As a Server, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for travelers and guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and airport security protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass airport security clearance.
