The Midwestern | 900 Spruce St

Join The Midwestern as a part-time Server in our vibrant and welcoming restaurant environment. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. If you love working in a fast-paced setting and enjoy interacting with guests, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Provide the best experience possible for our guests by delivering friendly and attentive service.
Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered.
Order Management: Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, and handle closing checks smoothly.
Food and Drink Service: Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality.
Restaurant Maintenance: Keep tables and restaurant areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements

Previous service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule

Part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
