Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to drive significant impact in a dynamic, global environment? We are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Advisor to spearhead critical marketing initiatives, shape compelling narratives, and amplify our client's presence across diverse markets. In this role, you won't just execute; you'll innovate, influence, and play a pivotal part in accelerating growth and showcasing groundbreaking work to a worldwide audience.


This is a fully remote role, working CST hours


**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development of impactful sales enablement materials, including engaging videos, persuasive client conversation decks, informative infographics, and compelling client success stories.
* Oversee the marketing aspects of our internal solution platform, ensuring content is current, engaging, and effectively supports business objectives.
* Create and support content for key industry events where leaders present, including developing demos, crafting speeches, and driving social media promotion.
* Monitor and optimize web pages for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
* Drive a high-impact social media campaign focused on people profiles, sourcing compelling stories and creating shareable assets.
* Collaborate with the social media team to develop and manage the social strategy, including maintaining the editorial calendar for leader-led social content and producing creative assets.
* Support market teams in activating programs locally, ensuring global consistency with local relevance.
* Track and report on marketing program performance and impact, providing insights for continuous improvement.


**Qualifications:**
* Business English fluency.
* Proven experience in marketing execution within a global environment, encompassing video production, sales material development, social media management, digital marketing, and event content/promotion (excluding logistics).
* Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
* Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams, including creative, campaign management, strategy, content, and event teams, as well as industry and local marketing teams.
* Experience in overseeing and briefing creative material development.
* Strong project management skills, including tracking and KPI reporting.
* Industry experience is beneficial for enhanced performance in this role.
