Marketing Associate, Brand Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Synergy teams to execute promotional plans for film titles and streaming releases.
• Update weekly marketing briefs, production charts, and delivery charts to keep all partners aligned on project timelines.
• Oversee Synergy Inventory Deliveries across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely asset distribution.
• Manage creative and asset workflows by routing materials through Legal, Music Legal, and Integrated Marketing for review.
• Create high quality decks and presentations by applying strong design skills, particularly within Keynote.

• Communicate professionally with senior executives, business units, and external partners through strong written and verbal skills.
• Adapt efficiently to shifting priorities and fast paced environments while meeting deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse teams and functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information and proprietary materials.
• Solve problems effectively by managing multiple projects and synthesizing information clearly.

• Demonstrate expert proficiency with Mac and Windows environments, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understand social media platforms and current digital trends to support campaign execution.
• Apply exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities for high volume materials.
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Utilize design expertise to translate complex data into clear, visually compelling documents and presentations.
