Job Summary We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for an on-site contract opportunity in Torrance, CA. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support by phone and email, responding to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. Complete high-volume alpha and numeric data entry while maintaining strong attention to detail. Troubleshoot EIN application issues and help resolve discrepancies for business owners. Work directly with the IRS to assist with customer-related application questions and follow-up. Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions clearly in internal systems. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support smoother customer service processes. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $49,920 per year. Job Type: Contract/Temporary, indefinite temporary assignment. Location: Torrance, CA. Work Arrangement: On-site. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime available.
