Associate Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations

About The Role We are looking for an Associate Manager in Sales Strategy & Operations to support SMB Rx Success Account Management. This role ensures efficient, data‑driven decisions, optimizes SMB Account Management operational processes, leverages AI tooling, and centralizes key metrics. You will collaborate with sales, partner management, operations, product and analytics teams to build a strong merchant foundation. Key Responsibilities Partner with the post‑sales SMB team to accelerate growth for SMB restaurants, increasing sales productivity and refining operational processes. Create structured processes that influence centralized sales metrics and scale restaurant partners’ businesses through sales and operational initiatives. Drive operational excellence in reporting cadences, rigorous pipeline tracking, and sales productivity – leading end‑to‑end ideation to execution through data‑driven insights. Partner with cross‑functional teams to expand and elevate our offering. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure GTM processes across products and initiatives are effective and efficient for sales teams. Act as an owner in shepherding the Account Management team into the future, using AI tooling to become more efficient. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, technology, banking, analytics or related fields with a track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals. Strong cross‑functional business experience, project management, and communication skills. Comfortable working with large data sets and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency in SQL, and well‑versed in data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau). Willingness to roll up sleeves and flex up or down as needed – a humble doer. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Compensation Base salary range: $105,400—$155,000 USD, dependent on experience and market conditions. Equity grants may also be available.
