Operations and Membership Manager (Trade Association)

The Choice is managing an immediate direct hire search for an Operations and Membership Manager position for our trade association client.

This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals to work in a policy-focused organization and gain a broad range of office operations experience.

Location/Schedule: Downtown DC, hybrid (Tuesdays/Thursdays in office)

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• Some professional experience in an office environment preferred. Previous Hill internship experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
• Proficiency with database management and MS Office tools. Experience with Salesforce is a big plus.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and external stakeholders
• Support organizational leadership and governance groups with meeting preparation, scheduling, and administrative needs
• Maintain and update membership records in membership CRM
• Assist with membership administration, financial processes, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, travel, and logistics
• Support compliance, reporting, and administrative initiatives as needed
• Provide onsite support for membership events, meetings, and organizational programs
• Assist with general office operations and special projects
