Business Systems Analyst

Department: Operations
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: HQ Superior, CO ( COLORADO RESIDENTS ONLY PLEASE )
Salary Range : $85K-$100K

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is a hands-on Business Operations Analyst who will own and optimize our core technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll connect and improve systems such as ERP, CRM, integrations, and eCommerce platforms to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and scalable growth across our global operations. This person will act as the bridge between business and technology—streamlining workflows, improving data flow, and leading system enhancements that have a real impact on how the company operates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own and continuously improve end-to-end system business processes that support Magswitch operations while partnering with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
2. Meet with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, document current processes, recommend improvements, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
3. Become a trusted technology partner to business leaders by proactively identifying opportunities to simplify work, eliminate manual processes, and improve system capabilities.
4. Own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our core business systems.
5. Analyze business workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement system improvements that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
6. Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools and recommend practical solutions that improve productivity and business performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST HAVE a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to learn business processes quickly.Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning.
• Experience documenting business processes.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or any related ERP.
• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM systems.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Celigo, SPS Commerce).
• Experience managing technical vendors and system implementation projects.
• Experience working with software vendors or participating in ERP or business system implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems.
• Experience supporting global operations.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations.
• Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills.
