Business Systems Analyst

Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $30hr - $35hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics.
- Experience in customer engagement and query resolution.
- High degree of analytical competency.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Pipeline Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements.
- Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements.
- Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal.
- Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage.
- Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage.
- Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal.
- Supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool.
