Benefits Competitive Compensation – hourly at $22.68/hour offering target first year annual compensation of $55,700.00 with an average 45‑hour work week. Responsibilities Learn our business and win a placement in a structured Management Training Program. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and provide behind‑the‑scenes operational expertise. Develop knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop a team. Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership. Authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
