Job Responsibilities Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day.Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness.Number of patients seen per day: EMR is EPICScheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / weekEach clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.
