Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, the ability to obtain relevant financial service licenses, proven experience working as a financial services representative, sound knowledge of financial legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong mathematical skills, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

Salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), health benefits, profit sharing, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within my office.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
