Human Resources/Payroll Specialist

Meadow View Nursing Center is hiring a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to support a care-focused organization in Berlin, PA with an onsite schedule. The position offers a salary of $58,000 to $62,000 per year and is ideal for an experienced HR and payroll professional who enjoys managing details in a health care setting. What You’ll Do This position covers key HR functions in a health care environment. You will manage end-to-end support for hiring and onboarding, including meeting background check requirements for new hires, coordinating orientations, and overseeing benefits and payroll administration. Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities Administer onboarding for new hires, including required background checks Coordinate orientations and ongoing HR processes Manage benefits and payroll administration Handle leave of absence management, including FMLA Complete Work Comp and OSHA reporting Support employee relations and engagement programs What You Bring Experience working within the senior living environment 2+ years of Human Resources and payroll experience Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to adapt to changing environments Ability to interact effectively as both a leader and a team member Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a multifaceted role Benefits Meadow View Nursing Center provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and financial security.
