KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in C&O Health & Government for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposalsManage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutionsCoordinate relationship-building activities with appropriate Partners, Engagement Managers, subject-matter professionals and other KPMG personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help determine they are well advised on important mattersProvide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staffMeet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts as well as report and measure progress against quarterly goals with national/area/industry leadership and performance managerQualifications:Fifteen plus years of experience in a consulting or technology operations role with demonstrated knowledge of Information Management (IM) operations, systems, architecture, and technical controlsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferredAbility to convey how exceptional interpersonal skills have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and resultsDemonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track recordExceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executivesKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
