Requirements of the Position Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Board certification or eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Board certification or eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology. Strong communication skills. Dedication to the highest quality patient care. Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on interest and experience.
