Job Requisition ID #26WD101041Position OverviewAutodesk is in the midst of a significant back-office transformation and we need a motivated individual to assist in this change for Revenue Accounting! As the Senior Revenue Analyst for this project, you will collaborate closely with your manager, Revenue Accounting, the Controllership, System Integrators, Project Managers, Developers, and other key stakeholders in the Company. You will provide guidance to the project team, assist in UAT initiatives, and eventually roll out the exciting system and process changes to the entire Organization. As our business is constantly evolving, there is never a dull moment. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence and significantly improve our back-office and Autodesk’s future success.ResponsibilitiesAttend meetings to discuss and document project requirements as they pertain to U.S. GAAP, with a focus on Revenue RecognitionWork closely with your manager to understand operational capabilities and feasibilities of proposals presentedPerform UAT as well as track and resolve any issues discovered during UATImplement and document processes and procedures as required including SOX compliance and internal controlsEvaluate accounting implications and confirm we can operationally support operational changes under the provisions of ASC 606Provide accounting guidance to project team and developersSupport broader team in training efforts and overall transition to the new business models and system flowsWorking hours based on PST time zoneMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent practical experience3+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent business acumen with ability to deal with ambiguityEffective communication skills and ability to understand and present dataAbility to work effectively in a team environment across all organizations as well as independentlyWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on revenue recognitionPreferred QualificationsCPA certification or equivalent practical experienceExperience working with RAR, SAP, and/or Business Objects or other relevant systemsProficiency in ExcelExperience in software or SaaS industryExcellent quantitative, analytical and data mining skillsEnthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peersLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,000 and $135,520. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $69,700 and $102,245. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
