Business Analyst at Noblesoft Solutions Langhorne, PA

Business Analyst Location: Langhorne, PA Responsibilities Analyze and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions across Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, and SAP. Perform fit‑gap analysis, data mapping, system configuration, and functional testing in Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain domains. Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) to deliver ERP enhancements and integrations. Document requirements, design workflows, support UAT, and provide user training. Work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise systems analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
