Senior Finance Manager

Our client is looking for an Senior Finance Manager to drive impactful financial strategies within their organization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $146,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee operational forecasts.
- Calculate and validate NPVs for upcoming projects, prioritizing capital projects based on their significance and feasibility.
- Perform actual vs. budget analysis and prepare various financial reports related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expenses to aid management decisions.
- Create Bowler charts to boost operational productivity, focusing on activity/absorption and minimizing PDBL/Cost of Quality.
- Set annual standard costs in AX with Operations/Finance approval and develop a margin model to evaluate the company's growth potential for the next year.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 9+ years of experience.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: procurement, cost accounting, FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, and Onestream.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills, including V-lookups, Pivot tables, and basic macro programming.
