Registered Nurse - Neuro/Trauma ICU

We ar e seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro/Trauma ICU to provide specialized care for patients with neurological and traumatic injuries in a critical care setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the Neuro/Trauma ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Monitor patients’ neurological status and vital signs, responding promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards. Required Qualifications Current RN license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care or ICU nursing. Strong knowledge of neurological and trauma patient care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Prior experience in Neuro/Trauma ICU. Advanced training in critical care nursing. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Certifications (if any) Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
