Contract Online English Instructor for American Schools Join to apply for the Contract Online English Instructor for American Schools role at Air Reading. Base pay range $24.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities Deliver online reading lessons via Zoom to small groups (up to 4 students) in 30- or 40-minute sessions. Be available during school and after-school hours (most classes scheduled in the early morning through late afternoon, Monday–Friday). Follow provided curriculum and lesson directions. Provide regular progress feedback on students and maintain a supportive learning environment. Compensation Base pay: $24.00/hr (equivalent to $12 for a 30-minute class or $16 for a 40-minute class). Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher; degrees in education, English, or related fields preferred. Experience teaching reading, phonics, or ESL to early elementary grades (K–3 preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus. Comfortable using Zoom and other educational technologies. U.S. work authorization required. Structured online reading classes are offered for Pre-K through 6th grade.
