Associate Director, Digital Marketing - Web/Email

Exelixis seeks an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute web and email strategies for oncology products including CABOMETYX and an upcoming launch. This role involves managing digital tactics, partnering across functions, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage promotional website and email campaigns for CABOMETYX across multiple indications and pending zanzalinitinib launch
- Develop brand digital assets in collaboration with promo marketing, legal, regulatory, and technology partners
- Analyze web and email KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaign performance
- Lead regulatory and legal approval processes for digital marketing materials
- Partner with analytics team on marketing data warehouse and performance dashboards for NPP reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 11 years related experience, or Master's degree plus 9 years experience
- Pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing, field sales, or market research background
- Digital marketing experience across patient and HCP audiences including web, email, SEO/SEM, social, and CRM
- Proven digital marketing strategy and management experience
- Strong knowledge of pharma digital marketing and FDA promotional regulations
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and agency management skills
- Analytics and reporting experience across digital and media channels
Compensation: $181,500 - $257,000 base annually
