Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician | Dallas, TX 75220

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

BG Staffing is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support a thriving property management community in Dallas, TX. If you have experience in apartment maintenance and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team.

• Complete general maintenance repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Perform make-ready duties such as painting, patching, cleaning, and unit preparation
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to service requests efficiently
• Help maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor HVAC-related tasks
• Communicate maintenance and safety concerns as needed

• 1-3 years of maintenance or property management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
