Work model: Hybrid. Average two days per week on site at an Client office.
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8 hours per day. Overtime may be required.
Language: English required.

Job Description
We are seeking a US-Contracts Administrator II, Tier 2 to join our team. The contractor will support export control and harmonized system classification activities and manage contracting workflows, reporting, and compliance in a hybrid environment averaging two on-site days per week at an client office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export and import classification, ERP-based classification systems, and contract administration and a proven ability to deliver accurate classifications, maintain audit-ready documentation, and close contracts using established templates and processes.
Responsibilities:
Apply advanced export and import classification methodologies to technologies including AI, advanced computing, and semiconductors, ensuring quality control.
Provide specialized classification support for platform-based and service-oriented offerings in scalable digital environments.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on product lifecycle and roadmap reviews to assess classification and regulatory impacts.
Develop and sustain technical expertise in regulatory frameworks to classify complex products accurately.
Manage the contracting process by responding to RFPs and contractual requests using standard templates and coordinating approvals and signatures.
Interface with legal, finance/revenue recognition, business units, sales, and other stakeholders to close business and develop templates or program requirements.
Prepare data for system entry and agreement archiving and support financial reporting and audit compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
Research existing agreements and programs for reporting and internal requirements and assist with post-contract modifications and inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency interpreting Export Administration Regulations and ITAR and assigning ECCN and HS codes with audit-ready documentation.
Experience with global ERP-based classification systems, workflow management, and standard reporting.
Strong analytical judgment within defined practices, with the ability to evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
First level university degree or equivalent work experience.
Typically 2–4 years of contracts- or legal-related experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience classifying networking products and services under EAR, including platform and service models.
Background supporting audit and SOX compliance in contract operations.
