Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical parts logistics and world-class customer service.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming aerospace parts against purchase orders and trace documentation (e.g., FAA Form 8130, CoCs).

• Package fragile, high-value, and sensitive aviation components securely for domestic and international transit, adhering to strict aerospace compliance and shipping standards.

• Act as a key liaison. Proactively communicate with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers regarding tracking, shipment delays, return material authorizations (RMAs), and order discrepancies.

• Utilize your English and Spanish language skills daily to resolve logistics bottlenecks, negotiate timelines with international carriers, and answer client inquiries.

• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by utilizing our digital ERP/WMS systems to track lot codes, serial numbers, and part conditions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
