Requirements

• 12 or more years of software development experience, including 5 or more years in software development management.

• Proficiency in enterprise architecture principles, technical strategy, and complex data modeling.

• Experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and .Net across large, complex system environments.

• Experience leading offshore and onshore technology teams using Managed Services and Staff Augmentation models.

• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, code reviews, and test-driven development practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to engage directly with customers and translate observed workflows into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external technology teams, including large offshore resources, to solve complex business needs.

• Set architectural standards and lead technical strategy, roadmaps, and design decisions across the product.

• Engage directly with customers and end users to translate observed workflows into clear problem statements.

• Write and review advanced code, technical specifications, and complex data models as a senior technical resource.

• Manage performance, hiring, coaching, and development of engineering staff.

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
